In April 23-25 2007 the Delegation of Estonia Tallinn Port paid successful visit to Ningbo Port. On the basis of exchange and communication of the relative information, an official agreement on establishment of the friendship relationship between two ports was signed, which shall promote the cooperation between Tallinn and Ningbo Port.
According to what they negotiated, the Delegation of Tallinn shall host a seminar to introduce Tallinn in Ningbo in Oct.2007.
In the same time the delegation of Tallinn port paid visit to Dalian port too.
